You just have to love them

They made a mistake and double charged me.

Well, everyone makes mistakes but if you own up, inform me in a charming and funny way and fix the problem I really don't mind.

MOO did just that and put a smile on my face.

Thanks guys, this is the best client communication I've ever seen:

Hello,

I'm Little MOO. We've spoken before, I'm the piece of software that
manages your order with MOO.

I've done a Very Bad Thing, and it doesn't happen often.

Don't worry - your order is going through ok, it's already been
passed to Big MOO for printing, but something happened during
payment
when you ordered your cards. You were double charged the full amount
by accident.

I am only a piece of software, but I feel like a fool. I've also had
a stern talking to. (Several, in fact).

You'll be pleased to know however, that I've refunded this amount
now, and it should appear in your account very soon - if it's not
there already.

Very best wishes, and sorry for the confusion.
I hope you love your order when it arrives,

Little MOO

we ordered some cards via moo a year or two back

little moo emailed us saying he (? i got the impression little moo was a boy) wasn't happy with the quality and we'd get another set free

we got those, they were fine, and we couldn't tell what was wrong in the first place. so two for the price of one.

strangely, we later got another set, with some random guy from france's contact details printed on the back. three for the price of one, as long as we didn't turn the third set over.

i'll probably get around to putting the third set in a frame one day. we got about 80 different images on our 100 cards. that way no-one will ever ask who pierre is.
